3. Purchases, Payments & Orders

• Accepted Payments: Payment must be made at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods provided at checkout.

• Order Errors & Cancellations: In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Your purchases are subject to our formal Return & Refund Policy, which includes the following core terms:

• Damage Claims: Customers must inspect orders immediately upon delivery. Any claims for shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery. Otherwise, damage will be legally assumed to have occurred after delivery.

• Returns & Refunds: Eligible items in original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund (minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee), or within 60 days for store credit.

• Strict Non-Returnables: Planners, journals, or paper goods that have been written in, marked, or altered by the customer are strictly ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
